H. Charles Baker holds an earned Ph.D. from the University of Texas
(Austin), 1962, with a major in Electrical Engineering. He is a Registered
Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, specializing in telecommunications
and computer systems for over 40 years. He worked for Exxon Company, U.S.A. as
a Telecommunications Advisor and currently holds the position of Senior
Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University where he
has received numerous awards for teaching excellence. He has also established
Telecommunications Engineering, Inc., a consulting firm in Dallas.
